Exosomes production

NanoExpo, has years of experience in the field of exosomes, provides services for custom exosome manufacturing and purification. We perform downstream processing for efficient characterization and functional profiling in addition to scalable upstream exosome manufacturing to provide ready-to-use, high-quality functional exosomes.

Custom exosome services:

Exosome Engineering – Exosomes can serve as biological vesicles for transporting proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids. In addition, exosomes are considered to be a new generation of drug delivery platforms due to their high delivery efficiency, low immunogenicity, good biocompatibility, and easy crossing of the blood-brain barrier. Through endogenous modification or exogenous modification, exosomes can carry cargoes with different therapeutic effects, such as small molecule drugs, miRNA, siRNA, peptides, etc. Our professional technical team can provide the most comprehensive engineering exosome construction services, including pre-service consultation and all technical services from exosome isolation and identification to in vivo and in vitro functional research.

Upstream Production – NanoExpo offers many cell lines for exosome production, including human and animal originated cell lines as well as protozoan and insect cell lines.

Exosome Purification – We offer several methods for isolating exosomes after cell harvest which can be optimized for the intended downstream application. Available methods include Ultracentrifugation (UC), FPLC (Fast protein liquid chromatography) and SEC (Size exclusion method). Multiple isolation parameters are considered, including rapidity, efficiency, purity, flexibility, reliability, ease of use, and automation, all of which affect the purity, quantity, and physicochemical properties of the derived exosomes.

Exosome Analysis – We provide comprehensive characterization and profiling services to help you understand the quality of your exosomes. These include nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and exosome surface marker analysis (using FACS, WB, ELISA).

Lyophilization – We perform freeze-drying services for exosome products available for long-term storage and shipping.
